The owner mentioned above includes its affiliated companies, websites, applications, software, and tools (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and, with this Agreement, outlines the rights and obligations that you and all users share, as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related or connected thereto (collectively, the “website”), for the purpose of making use of any of the content, software, or other tools on the website (“services”).

By opting into the ClearPath Property Investors SMS program, you agree to the following:

Program Description: We use SMS to communicate with property owners regarding property reviews, research findings, contract negotiations, permitting, utility access, administrative next steps, and title matters such as clearing deed issues.  

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies and is dependent upon the specific Program and stage of the property review process. 

Message Rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

How to Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP“.  You will receive one final confirmation message.

Liability:  Neither Clear Path Property Investors nor mobile carriers are liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
